David R. Ranck LEAD Workshop

Sponsored by UPMC

March 21-22, 2026

The LEAD Workshop is designed to support emerging leaders from Pennsylvania’s local chapters in developing essential leadership skills. This opportunity is primarily intended for freshmen and sophomores. Each school may register up to six (6) students, with a total capacity of 60 participants. Registration will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The SNAP Board of Directors is excited to offer this workshop, featuring a distinguished faculty including David R. Ranck, Cindy Schmus, and other nursing leaders. We strongly encourage chapters to take advantage of this valuable opportunity to enhance leadership development at both the individual and organizational levels.
