SNAP Annual Convention
SNAP is pleased to invite all nursing students to the annual convention! Anne Woolley, SNAP Vice President and Convention Chair, and the entire SNAP Board of Directors, are looking forward to welcoming you to the highlight of our organizational year!
This year’s convention is being held at the fantastic Kalahari Resort and Convention Center in the Pocono Mountains. The dates are Wednesday, November 15 through Friday, November 17. Those who are successful in being elected to the Board of Directors or the Nominations and Elections Committee (NEC) must attend the post-convention meeting on November 18.
The SCORE! NCLEX® Challenge Bowl will be held again this year on Wednesday, November 15. The preliminary round begins at 3:00 p.m. and the championship round will begin at 7:00 p.m. This is the ninth year for the competition, and it gets more exciting each year. Plan now to submit a team to compete in this year’s bowl!
Also, there are many awards and scholarships available for both members and chapters! The applications for 2017 will be available mid-August. Check them out under the tab “Resources” and click on “Awards and Scholarships”!
