Laura Breyfogle Alumni Scholarship Fund

In memoriam of Laura Breyfogle the SNAP Board of Directors has dedicated a new Scholarship available to students at the Annual Convention. As many of you may know, Laura passed away August 29, 2011 due to complications with her diabetes and Addison's disease. Laura dedicated much of her time to SNAP, well after her graduating from the University of Pennsylvania. Laura was a selfless, extraordinary women, who loved mentoring the nursing students.  Those of us lucky to have known her through the years recall the talented Penn student who blossomed into the state leader and treasured alumna.

Joining SNAP

If you're interested in joining SNAP and attend a School of Nursing in the commonwealth of Pennsylvanina, please go to www.nsna.org and click on 'Member Services' at the top of the page. Once joining NSNA, you will automatically become a member of SNAP.

SNAP Regions

At the Annual Convention in November of 2011 the SNAP House of Delegates approved the restructuring of the 7 regions to help better serve our state. As of November 2012 those running for office will represent new regions. You can view that list here. The current Regional Coordinators are working under the previous region outline.

The Student Nurses' Association of Pennsylvania is a non profit organization and constituent of the National Student Nurses' Association (NSNA), representing nursing students throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
